Brandon N. Lee

Mr. Lee graduated cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.  He started his legal career as an associate at a large Vault 100 law firm where he worked in the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense practice group.  He defended companies and their directors & officers in class action shareholder litigation and also defended them in government investigations into alleged insider trading, money laundering, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.

After learning what practicing excellent law looked like in the corporate setting, Mr. Lee became a prosecutor to capture trial experience.  Across two different counties, Mr. Lee prosecuted a wide array of crimes and ran nearly ten jury trials.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Lee was a police officer and has, for more than a decade, been an Army officer in the reserve component.  He has served in varying roles from a platoon leader of a cavalry scout platoon, the executive officer of a reconnaissance troop, the plans officer for an air assault infantry battalion, and -- most recently -- the company commander of the headquarter element for a military police brigade.
